Wonder if it can be set to never? miss the ability to read the entire thread while composing a reply For a work-around, can right-click 'Reply' and 'Open in new window'. love the ...SPEED love the search ...SPEED like the quick search at the bottom of the forum page no more noobie accidental polls YES! sort stuff is cool user settable skins and sooo many more options are cool many many more cool stuff... _________________________ Give a man a fish and he will be back for more. I used to search for an answer where I remembered who posted it. If you look at the parms passed to dosearch.php, you see '&match=Username' so the option must be in the code, just not exposed. _________________________ Give a man a fish and he will be back for more. Anyone notice that it makes a difference which 'Reply' button you hit? In your reply, it will use the name of whoever's post (or reply) you reply to. F.E. This also explains Howards question about the unintuitive layout in threaded view. If ppl don't use the correct 'Repl' button, they will really mess up the thread. The other thing is the ability to change the 'Subject' down the thread as I did here. When you view the 'recent messages' or the 'last post', you wmay not notice that it is related to the parent topic. _________________________ Give a man a fish and he will be back for more. I never liked them. PS2: I noticed the decline in vistors before the switch over. It seems every now & then it picks for a week or so but then settles back to the low level.
