My thoughts were that the current FAQs & moderator links are very helpful to many admins & newbies to kixtart but the comments above suggest we could improve.
I was thinking of ways to cut the amount of work required by the moderators & I also wanted to find a way to prevent spontaneous moments of aggravation getting into the post.
These would be actual standard posts not links or FAQs.
