Think the keyword we're missing here is "politeness" ... some organizations have to be polite - thinking of restaurants, airlines, hotels and the like ... even if the customer is an arrogant a**hole, the front-line folk and their management usually bite their tongues and bow to the customers demands ...

Thats not to say that KORG is like a restaurant or hotel but we do have a reputation to maintain ... regardless of what business we're in and I think that is what is truely important. Since KORG is the center of the Kixtart universe (as far as i'm concerned) it should also set the standard for friendlyness and helpfullness - after all, there are other Kixtart boards that customers can go to. They might not have the same personality as this board does but help is offered. In fact, most of the regulars here frequent those other boards ...

Anyways back to my point, guess what I am saying is - is that there are ways to say RTFM without saying RTFM! ... one can suggest to RTFM in a polite and helpfull way ... think DOC may be the best at doing that.
