When moving a laptop off of the domain network and then trying to logon to the domain as a domain user the error "windows cannot locate the server copy of your roaming
profile and is attempting to log you on with your local profile..."
I have tried disabling the Group Policy "Wait for Remote User Profile" under Computer Settings/Adminitrative Templates/System/User Profiles.
It would be great to get this error to go away when the laptop users are not physically conected to the office network. I believe this is possible. What am I missing? Thanks for the help.
