According to CNN and local newspapers, it's limited to York City, other parts of Northeast, Cleveland, Detroit, Albany, and Toronto and Ottawa in Canada. Basically it means that we're all supposed to stay home and not go to work. So downtown Toronto looks pretty much closed-down. Guess I got nothing to do today 'cept surf KORG and maybe do some kixscripting ... heheee ....

Seriously, briefly chatted with Rod earlier, he is having his own issues with the KFO ISP but would be nice to get an update status from Rod himself, i don't think it will be a good news story but will let Rod explain
