it's the MS sample driver for w2k.
it has it's own quick setup guide [Wink]

it also says that it shouldn't be used in production as it's only sample but it has worked perfectly for me.

sadly can't use it for swap-file though [Frown]
but IE flies really fast when it's cache is on ram [Big Grin]
